UK Delivery First Class Royal Mail
Orders placed by 5pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. All orders are subject to credit card security clearance. If the item you've ordered is out of stock we'll let you know. You can then choose to wait until it's back in stock or cancel your order. If you've not received your order within 2 or 3 days please contact us using the form below.
International Airmail Delivery
International shipping charges are based on package weight and shown before you proceed with placing your order. Select your country then click the Recalculate Order button in your Shopping Basket. Orders are sent using Airmail and you should normally receive it within 3-10 working days. Please allow longer during the lead up to holidays (Easter, Christmas, etc).
All orders are charged in GB Pounds Sterling and debited in your local currency. Currency conversions shown by ex.com at the the shopping basket act as a guide. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction will be determined by your credit card company.

We will not share your information with any third parties. Your credit card information is securely encrypted during the checkout procedure.
Secure pages are indicated by the address in your browser changing from "http://" to "https://" and a "padlock" or "key" symbol in your browser. This is to guarantee maximum security for your credit or debit card information.
Your credit card information is passed to our payment service provider, SagePay. SagePay have achieved the highest levels of certification (PCI DSS Level 1). Your payment information will be held securely by SagePay and not distributed to any other parties.
Your credit/debit card is charged only when your order is placed and your credit/debit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments. Credit card authorisation is carried out by Streamline and credit card security checks by The Third Man.
All payments are made in GB Pounds Sterling.
Ordering & Returns
All orders for delivery to United Kingdom addresses are delivered Free. International shipping charges are based on product weight. Your shopping basket shows the total amount payable before you enter any personal information.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation of your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods.
