Deliveries, Security, Orders & Returns
Free First Class Royal Mail UK Delivery
We send your order free at all times when you spend over £5. Orders are sent First Class Royal Mail and customers often write and let us know they've received their package the following day. Please contact us If you've not received your order within two or three days of placing it.
International Airmail Delivery
Our postage charges are based on package weight and clearly shown when you select your country. Orders are sent using Airmail or courier and should be received within 3-10 working days.
Credit cards are charged in Pounds Sterling and debited in your local currency. Currency conversions shown by ex.com at the the shopping basket act as a guide. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction will be determined by your credit card company.
Subject to credit card security checks orders placed by 3pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched next day. Ords placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. If the item you've ordered is not in stock we'll let you know. You can then decide whether to cancel your order or wait till it's back in stock.
Security
Credit card information is securely encrypted when you order. We do not request personal details till you enter the secure area. These procedures protect you. Added security is provided by SagePay who we chose to process payments.
Secure pages are indicated by the web address changing from "http://" to "https://" and a "padlock" or "key" symbol in your browser.
Ordering
We keep our prices as low as possible, you may find the same item offered elsewhere at a lower price but once delivery charges are added it might be higher.
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Maestro, Delta, Electron and Solo debit cards.
We also offer the chance to pay by invoice. Orders are shipped once funds are cleared and payment must be made in Pounds Sterling drawn from a UK bank account.
Returns
You may on occasion want to return an item so here's our return policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition within 28 days and a refund will be made. We reserve the right to make a charge for handling and postage. Certain items are not returnable due to them being made for personal use.
You may always return items if they are defective. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we'll gladly refund the return delivery charge.
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, you order number and wrap the package securely then return to the address below. You are advised to use a recorded delivery method for all returns.
If items returned are found to not be defective you will be responsible for these charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Please contact us before returning any item for a return code or other return instructions.
In the case of a defective product please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original packaging. Please send the package to:
