The ultimate Sausage Sandwich Cia-Bite
A tasty alternative to a BLT though you could use bacon instead of sausages
Shopping List
- 4 Sausages
- 2 Beef Tomatoes
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Cheese Spread
- 1 Ciabatta
How to prepare
Grill the sausages until they are really well browned.
After the sausages are finished, remove and slice in half lengthways and put back under the grill to toast the inside.
Shred the lettuce, slice the tomatoes and cut the bread in half lengthways.
To assemble, spread both halves of the ciabatta with cheese spread.
To serve
Place lettuce and then the sausages with tomato slices on top.
Season the tomatoes with freshly milled black pepper.
