Do Vitamin supplements do any good?
Taking multivitamin tablets every day can help your body get enough vitamins and minerals it needs.
But a tablet will not replace a balanced diet so ensure your meals include carbohydrates and protein with less fat. You shouldn't cut these out completely.
Carbohydrates should make up 50 to 60 per cent of your daily intake, proteins 20 to 25 per cent and fats 25 to 30 per cent.
Remember that unsaturated fats are the ones you want. And drinking a couple of litres of water a day will be like flushing the toilet - it'll really clean you out.
