I wanted to let you know how myself and my daughter got on with Tangle Teezer, my daughter cries every time I do her hair. It has become such a task for her and me and can take up to an hour after tears and screaming etc - not a nice thing as a mother to see your daughter that distressed so was pleased to try anything. Sooooo pleased with the Tangle Teezer, it isn't completely pain free but my daughter has very long thick hair and it's always the back of the neck that tends to be the worst, we don't have anywhere near the tears only a few at that part of the brushing and the longest it ever takes now is 10mins so definately great news for me and my daughter. She knows it isn't going to take long and isn't anywhere near as bad as it used to be. So for us it's a great product and we will continue to use it every morning and evening.
