Receding thinning hair
Dear Daniel, My question is…
I'm a 20 year old male and recently noticed my hair line starting to recede and my hair become thinner on top, is there anything that can be used to help?
I am a 26 year old old gent that is suffering from loss of hair. I have been losing my hair since I was 15 and I believe it's in my genes as all of my uncles are bald.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this or stop thinning?
I have found this very distressing and it has affected my self esteem badly.

You can prevent more falling out by taking Mynoxydil. You must make an appointment to see a dermatologist, but there is no lotion or shampoo that will bring back your hair.
You need to have a healthy diet, take multivitamins, avoid using a hairdryer and also massage your scalp twice a day with a shampoo brush.
They are normally round and you can buy them at almost any chemists shop. Use it morning and evening for a few minutes.
