Grooming a long beard
Dear Daniel, My question is…
I have the problem that I have a very long beard which I don't want to trim.
But the hairs on my cheeks stand up once they dry after having a bath.
Are there any good creams or gels which will control them?
Firstly you should see a barber as it may be that you're cutting your beard too short.
You might find it a good idea to pay a visit to Maitlands the Chemists in London's Piccadilly Arcade where they supply all manner of things for beard and moustaches.
Have you tried to brush your beard, you can get a small beard brush from them.
