Body hair trimmers
I am a male aged 21 and am having trouble shaving.
Firstly, on my neck I have plenty of excess hair, maybe ingrown hair. I dont want to shave them because they are too far down.
I bought a Wahl grooming trimmer, but that is exactly like using a razor. If I use that they still grow back thick.
Please can you tell me which trimmer is most appropriate to trim the neckline hair down to blade zero, without having an effect on growing back thicker.
Basically after I trimmed them I want to wax them.
Secondly, genital hair. This is a major problem, at the moment I'm using a Remington hair clipper to trim down my underarm and private hair. This method isn't too good though as it's not clean enough.
I heard the Remington bikini line trimmer is good for genital hair? I was about to buy it, but didn't because it's battery powered and I was looking for a mains operated.
Please can you inform me as soon as possible which products to purchase as I am having problems.

Using an electric razor you will never achieve a close shave. It is best if you visit a beauty salon and seek advice about hair removal, laser treatment is very good.
