My Shaving Diary

I've used an electric razor for many years, mainly because I have always suffered from terrible 'razor burn' around the throat area when wet shaving. I've never really been satisfied with electric shaving as you can always feel some underlying stubble no matter how much the manufacturers hype up the product!

Added to this is the need to find a good quality pre-shaving lotion with the right lubricating properties, the whole process just becomes more tedious.

Today I was introduced to your product by a colleague and having read the leaflet I thought the whole thing was a joke! Wet shaving without water? Yeah right!

The more I studied the cream and re-read the leaflet, I began to wonder, could it really be possible?

After hunting out my old razor from the depths of the bathroom cabinet and applied the cream. I immediately felt the moisturising effect on my skin and began to shave.

It's not often I use the words 'amazed' or 'completely dumbfounded' but in this case I feel they're more than justified.

I really could not believe how I was able to enjoy such a comfortable shave without water! Finishing my shave I applied more cream as an after-shave balm.

Now, this is fact: I have never had a shave as close as this!

Day Two

I'm now more confident about the process and very, very impressed.

My wife has rubbed some of the cream into her feet after soaking them, and has remarked upon the length of time her skin has stayed smooth compared to her usual moisturiser.

Ultra Shave is "simply the best". I never had a shave that I could truly say I enjoyed but shaving with this stuff really is different. I don't get a razor rash and I like how it feels on your skin as an aftershave, you don't get that stinging feeling using the cream and feel good all day.

I don't know if it's me but either it shaves much closer or my beard is growing slower since I used the cream, because I'd say my beard growth is a lot shorter than it used to be! Does it shave THAT close?

Day Three

I'm now hooked on this product, and so is my wife.

She used some to shave her legs and was seriously impressed with the way her legs felt really silky. Given the complete lack of razor pain I'm now enjoying I'm more than willing to go out, buy some new razor blades and resign my electric shaver to the cupboard!
