On October 24, 2003 the final British Airways Concorde flight from New York to Heathrow took place. Concorde then visited Edinburgh on the final leg of its farewell tour. Departing London Heathrow at 10:05 for a 11:45 arrival in Edinburgh. Concorde then left Edinburgh for Heathrow at 14:20 with a "Round the Bay" staff/VIP flight beginning at 14:25.

You can find out more about the last days of the supersonic bird at this Concorde website.
The three aircraft arrived back at Heathrow at about 16:00 and landed on the North Runway one after another.
The aircraft were then taken across the road to the British Airways engineering base where after the passengers disembarked a small reception will was held.
For technical specifications, historical reports and pictures visit the definitive Concorde website, though it is translated from French so is a little pidgin English in some respects.
